Search and Browse
Public
view presents linked information without allowing editing. When
viewers search or browse they first get a limited view of the artist
info, with images when available, and then can choose to see More
Info. When most of the data is entered, and images are available, the
staff options below will be hidden and most users will simply go
directly to the public mode. There hasn't been much design work done
on these pages yet.

- The
way this is set up to work:
- add
Artist info at any time from the form above
- upload
images to the CIDC image server (or bring in a CD) at any time
using the following naming convention: First three letters of last
name, First three letters of first name, followed by 01, 02, 03,
04, or 05. For example, the first of Hunter Rawlings ' work would
be called RawHun01.jpg
- once
an artist has been added, their image information can be added
either before or after the images are uploaded. I prefer AFTER so
that there aren't any confusions about which image goes with which
description, but it could be reversed.
